民進黨台中市長參選人林佳龍今天上午舉行青創銀行記者會，述說他協助青年創業的政見，但媒體對最近接連發生的綁票案、槍擊案更有興趣，詢問他對台中治安看法。

林佳龍說，台中接二連三發生重大刑案，胡志強市長一再宣稱台中市治安有所改善，但顯然與市民感受有所落差，可見台中的治安仍有相當大的改善空間。

對於昨晚的警匪槍戰，林佳龍表示，希望受傷員警能夠早日康復，日前也提出具體之治安政見，相信未來當選市長後，會把施政重點在打擊犯罪與改善治安，提高市民對治安的滿意度，以行動來證明台中的治安會變好。
