想送長輩一隻新手機（預算約在１３０００）
家人的通話費是最基本的１８３，折抵完後每個月大約會繳交３００～４００
他最近想辦網路（只有用到通訊軟體ＬＩＮＥ和ＷＥＣＨＡＴ）
詢問過中華電信的門市以後，有想辦理中華的最新４Ｇ的優惠方案
但是想問各位
１：如果網路都是使用在通訊軟體（講語音和文字），1.6G是否足夠？
２：如果平常都需要繳納３００～４００的通信費，搭配網路該如何選擇？
３：想請問各個位專家是否有更適合我的優惠方案
