如記以全統香豬油做飯糰 銷往軍方

屏東縣衛生局食品衛生科科長李佳芳表示，今日到如記食品有限公司稽查，發現如記有購買五桶全統香豬油製作產品「香Q飯糰」，共計6945包，銷往全省聯勤副食供應中心，販售給國軍食用。

李佳芳表示，如記已將廠內尚庫存的2604包銷毀處理，其餘販賣出去的四千多包，截至目前為止，回收238包，其餘的恐已被食用完畢。

李佳芳表示，如記在事發後有立刻回收、銷毀封存飯糰，只是沒有上報，如記向衛生局陳述，以為只要自主管理就好，因此未通報，衛生局針對未主動上報，已經開罰300萬。
