要求店員吞餅 消保處籲民眾理性退貨

台北犁記因發生有欲退貨民眾對店員咆哮和要求吞餅行徑，遭聯合報拍下畫面後引發網友熱議。行政院消保處今天特別發布新聞稿指出，呼籲消費者辦理退貨時應理性，若發生消費糾紛，可依規定向消保處和各地消保單位申訴。

消保處說，有不肖業者煉製黑心豬油，造成不少下游知名食品商因用了劣質豬油爆發退貨潮，但未經衛福部公告的產品，因消費者已對業者相關商品可能產生疑慮，呼籲業者秉持危機就是轉機的態度，最好還是採取從優從寬處理退費爭議，以獲取消費者更大認同。

消保處說，民眾因退貨發生消費糾紛時，可撥打1950消費者服務專線，或向各地方政府消費者服務中心申訴。
