法新社報導，西班牙加泰隆尼亞地區議會19日以106票贊成、28票反對，通過一項法案，議會領袖說，該法將授權議會在今年11月舉辦「不具約束力」的「獨立諮詢公投」。

西班牙中央政府反對此一行動，且表示將在憲法法院挑戰加泰隆尼亞的這項法案。西國總理拉霍伊已說，唯有中央政府有權舉辦主權公投。
