異位性皮膚炎 化妝保養問題

本身從小都受異位性皮膚炎折磨
前陣子看了個醫生才診斷出我對雞蛋與薄荷過敏
目前完全不碰這兩樣東西

現在就連洗臉都只用舒特膚
洗完澡也只是擦乳液
但是最近實在太曬完全變黑了
於是開始想到可不可以擦防曬
可不可以擦美白用品
可不可以使用什麼保養品
有時候要參加宴會也需要化妝

所以想要請問大家異位性皮膚炎的人適合用怎樣的保養品和化妝品?
