各地嚴防豪大雨　東部土石流警戒

鳳凰颱風以每小時25公里速度，向北北東轉北進行，過去3小時受地形影響略為偏東移動，目前中心在鵝鑾鼻西南西方近海，向北北東轉北移動，其暴風圈已籠罩臺灣南部及東南部陸地，各地風雨將持續增強。

水保局針對警戒值較低之地區發布土石流災害黃色警戒；截至目前為止，發布黃色警戒397條，紅色警戒3條，主要分布於台東縣、花蓮縣、屏東縣和高雄縣。(李俊淇／綜合報導)
