鳳凰搖擺北移 掠過三貂角出海

中央氣象局表示，輕度颱風鳳凰中心約在晚間10時掠過三貂角出海，今晚北部、東北部地區風雨越晚越大。

根據氣象局的最新資料，目前鳳凰颱風的中心位置位在花蓮宜蘭東北東方30公里的海面上，正以每小時20公里的速度，向北行進，鳳凰颱風中心約在晚間10時左右掠過三貂角出海。

由於颱風中心已經靠近東北角，東北部、北部強降雨明顯，最近3個小時，新北市烏來、新店、宜蘭冬山鄉、大同鄉累積雨量都超過100毫米。
