Unity Web player安裝後卻顯示未偵測到安裝

其實這是朋友的問題，最近有款用Unity當引擎製作的遊戲公測，我和幾個朋友都去玩了

但是就是有一名香港的朋友，她最近重灌了筆電（新買不到一年）之後再裝Unity，網頁卻顯示說要她下載Unity的圖案

我和她的筆電作業系統跟瀏覽器都一樣

Win 8.1 64bits
Chrome

我和另一個朋友試圖想幫她找出問題
先是從Chrome管理外掛程式那部份看了，權限都是允許的、Unity Webplayer的外掛也沒有被停用

而且她的狀況是所有的瀏覽器（Chrome、IE）都沒辦法偵測到安裝

想求助一下Unity方面的專家看看有沒有解決方式，20點奉上！感謝！
