楊貴媚官司勝訴 賠償金卻不夠付訴訟費

金馬、金鐘獎雙料影后楊貴媚2002到2004年曾代言光泉公司產品，但合約到期後卻仍在賣場的廣告目錄，發現光泉持續使用她的肖像，2009年向光泉求償超580餘萬元。最高法院日前維持2審見解，認為是賣場疏忽，但光泉也因此得到行銷的好處，判決光泉應賠償楊女不當得利2萬多元確定。

可惜的是，楊女需負擔1到3審的訴訟費用至少17萬元，律師費用另計，也就是說，這場纏訟5年的官司她雖勝訴，但最後獲賠的錢卻不夠支付訴訟費。
