台人埃及詐騙被補 外交部因應

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北6日電）埃及警方逮捕詐騙集團，其中40人來自台灣。外交部次長柯森耀今天說，已向埃及聲明注意這40人的基本人權及台灣有管轄權。

民主進步黨籍立委蔡煌瑯在立法院外交及國防委員會詢及，埃及警方日前逮捕96名詐騙集團成員，其中56名是中國大陸籍、40名是台灣人，外交部卻漠不關心。

柯森耀答詢時說，外交部沒有裝聾作啞，第一時間得知後，鄰近館處已派員了解，且外交部也派員前往埃及與埃及警方接觸，聲明要注意這40名台灣人士的基本人權，以及台灣對這40人有管轄權。

蔡煌瑯提及，若中國要求將40名台灣人一併引渡回中國，如何因應？柯森耀說，外交部會注意這個問題，希望不要發生，會全力向埃及爭取，一定會往引渡回台這方面做必要準備。1031006
