研考會:代位求償對民眾較為有利

有關高雄氣爆災區災民代位求償申請問題，高市府研考會主委許立明今天指出，只要相關鑑定、申請證件齊全，求償金額到達共識，最快半年內可發放，民眾即快速取得求償金。

至於國家賠償，已有相當多的案例曠日費時；許立明說，民國86年來法院判決實務指出，一旦國家賠償判決確定，政府一概不能向第三者求償，未來肇事責任釐清，市府亦無從向肇事者求償，以求償速度及公平正義的追究原則，代位求償對民眾較為有利，市府也尊重民眾選擇。
