台北國際牛肉麵節廚神爭霸　勝者揭曉

「2014台北國際牛肉麵節」今年已邁入第10屆，為期2天廚神爭霸賽今晚終於揭曉。經激烈角逐後，今評選出紅燒組、清燉組及創意組前3名，台北市政府邀請澳門廚藝協會會長Perry Yuen擔任「廚神爭霸賽總決賽」評審長，Perry表示，台灣牛肉麵口味變化性與食材運用創意令人驚艷。
 
2014年的紅燒組冠軍為張偉明代表張家川味牛肉麵食館，以「巷子內紅燒牛肉麵」表現傳統口味，抱得今年「廚神爭霸賽」紅燒組冠軍獎盃，唐毅軒師傅獲得亞軍，季軍為胡銘桂。
 
清燉組拔得頭籌是阿牛牛肉麵的林正豐師傅，亞軍為金大方麵食館的陳恒琪師傅，劉瑞笙獲得季軍。獲得創意組冠軍是半畝田北方麵食的張美珍，亞軍是楊明才，季軍為莊本樂。（林媛玲／台北報導）
