對於柯文哲昨日提出全民抵制頂新的「獵女巫」說法，遭對手連陣營譴責，是將消費者當作獵巫的愚民。柯文哲今早出席活動時表示，對手硬要刻意抹黑解讀，他無法控制。

柯文哲表示，現階段花很多時間在面試人選。至於選前能否公布團隊名單，柯則無法確定。

不過「開放政府、全民參與」是他一貫主張，希望能選出符合人民期望的局處首長。柯文哲說，局處首長分三種，包括政治性、專業性，及社會性。教育、文化、環保、社會、勞動這五個局，較貼近民生，就會用遴選委員會；而衛生、交通、財政則屬較專業的。不同的局處首長，會採不同的機制選舉。
