25歲巴西青年西薩因罹患罕見疾病「漢哈特氏綜合症」，導致天生殘缺，只有半截手臂，但他並沒有自暴自棄，仍然每天勤奮工作和讀書。

西薩（David Cesar）過的生活跟其他同年齡的青年沒有兩樣，差別只在於他患有罕見的「漢哈特氏綜合症」（Hanhart Syndrome），導致4肢畸形或缺手缺腳。

西薩在小學4年級時，才知道自己是肢障者，雖然心靈受到震撼，所幸就讀的學校師生並沒有因為他的身體障礙而有差別待遇。

到了15歲，踏入青少年的西薩開始懷疑自己的存在意義，當醫生正式告訴西薩，他患的是罕見的「漢哈特氏綜合症」，當時全世界只有6人患有此病症，西薩只能仰天長歎，自我嘲諷：「老天爺，真是謝謝啊！我真是太幸運了！」

雖然如此，西薩並沒有自暴自棄，白天工作，晚上念書，目前是大學法律系4年級學生，1年前開始到處演講，將自身經歷與大眾分享。

西薩記得第1天上班，電腦螢幕顯示「進入請鍵Ctrl+Alt+Del」時，整個人就傻了，但他還是努力用僅剩的半截手臂按Ctrl，再用舌尖和鼻尖分別按Alt和Del。

主管看到後對他說：「既然你有辦法做到鍵Ctrl+Alt+Del，沒有什麼可以難倒你。」1031016
