頂新幹部LINE成關鍵事證　魏應充淪階下囚

頂新前董事長魏應充和頂新製油廠廠長曾啟明，檢方昨依違反《食品安全衛生管理法》及詐欺罪聲押獲准。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，檢方在羈押庭上提出查扣頂新的會議紀錄、內部簽呈，大都有魏的用印，會議紀錄也載明主席是魏應充，顯示魏是決策者。最後使出大絕招，出示一張頂新派員到越南大幸福訪廠時，震撼的噁油照片，一桶表面污黑冒泡的飼料油。

另一事證，今日出版的《聯合報》報導，檢方掌握頂新製油總公司一名課長手機LINE軟體，「與時間賽跑，趕快處理」的訊息，該課長和多名幹部承認，9日衛福部宣布頂新自越南進口飼料油後，總公司指示開始銷毀文件。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
