縱容黑心廠商縣市　立委建議砍補助

立委賴士葆要求將食安問題列入各地方政府統籌分配款指標，食品衛生安全把關好的縣市多給點錢，財政部次長吳當傑也表示支持。
 
國庫署長凌忠媛說，統籌分配款7月時已經分好，若真想跟食安政績連結，建議可從地方補助款著手，統籌分配款跟補助款分別約2000多億元，但需要修法，可修食安法或財劃法，食安問題把關好的多補助，不好的補助少一點。如同公債法也有規定，若赤字太高又沒有改善，可以扣補助款。（林巧雁／台北報導）
