先簽中期？綠：王不可能違背先立法承諾

因應中韓FTA，立法院長王金平建議兩岸可先簽署中期收穫。民進黨發言人黃帝穎今天回應說，建立兩岸協議監督機制才是可長可久的作法；況且「先立法、後審查」是王金平當初對三一八學運及社會的承諾，相信立法院及王院長都不可能違背或跳過此程序。

至於國民黨批民進黨一再杯葛監督條例等相關法案。黃帝穎說，民進黨並非一味阻擋法案，而是馬政府端出的行政院版監督條例，「空有監督之名卻無監督之實」，只是在糊弄百姓而已。
