影星湯姆克魯斯（Tom Cruise）的第二任妻子妮可基嫚（Nicole Kidman）最近與南非一個慈善組織合作，和名模海蒂克隆（Heidi Klum）、「慾望師奶」伊娃隆格莉亞（Eva Longoria）、樂壇「大姑媽」艾爾頓強（Elton John）與男歌手布魯諾瑪斯（Bruno Mars）等人設計玩具熊，為當地曾被性侵犯的兒童提供一個傾訴對象，幫助他們走出陰影。

此外，妮可基嫚日前在田納西州一家大型書店朗讀童書，47歲的她唱作俱佳，講得十分生動，小朋友們圍繞在她身邊，還有小女生不自覺啃著手指，聽得十分投入。妮可基嫚說：「如果不當演員，我想成為幼教老師，今天也算夢想成真。」
