想要請教各位前輩背景為非本科，無正職工作經驗，但有其他產業管理研所畢日前應徵有興趣產業的海外業務，需外派越南面談中對方請開薪資條件(轉正後薪資) 一開始會錯意自己開了45K 對方也很大方的請我再思考一次(或依公司規定) 然後我也想了想的說出60K 但對方也明確告知這個範圍大概是在公司做大概有5年的薪資之後請我決定要不要這個offer，之後重要的事要告知對方我覺得的合理薪資為何? 45K~60K 該怎麼取捨 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.224.233.162 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1415717464.A.C26.html
