印尼漲油價投資基建社福

印尼今天起調漲油價，汽油從每公升6500印尼盾調漲至8500印尼盾（約新台幣24.48元），漲幅約31%。柴油從每公升5500盾調漲至7500盾（約新台幣21.6元），漲幅約36%。

印尼總統佐科威（Joko Widodo）昨天深夜宣布，午夜過後，汽油和柴油價格將調漲超過30%，大幅減少政府補貼。

佐科威表示，印尼現在需要把預算用在基礎建設、教育及健保。由於印尼一直把預算浪費在燃料補貼上，上述這些領域無資金可用。

他說，調漲受補貼的燃料價格可望為發展性建設打開一扇門。

燃料補貼是造成印尼近年來預算赤字嚴峻的主因。以去年為例，印尼政府燃料補貼預算高達約200億美元，占年度預算11%。

外界分析，印尼政府燃料補貼支出明年可減少130億至140億美元，2016年可再減200億美元，2017年再減少260億美元。

印尼先前減少政府補貼的做法曾引發暴力抗議，佐科威宣布調漲油價前，印尼各地有部分群眾上街抗議，與警方發生零星衝突。(中央社)
