發生在2年前，台灣留日女學生慘遭殺害案，嫌犯張志揚落網後畏罪輕生，現在連累父母，死者林姓女學生的父母，日前向嫌犯父母提告求償，台北地院判決張志揚的父母親，因為繼承兒子遺產，必須賠償死者家屬精神慰撫金1千萬元。
