歐巴馬要讓五百萬非法移民免於解遞

美國媒體報導，歐巴馬將以行政命令向目前估計1130萬非法移民中的五百萬人提供工作證，使他們免於被解遞出境。白宮說，歐巴馬將在台灣時間今天上午9時的演說宣布，幾乎所有在美國已住五年以上、有一個孩子是美國公民或11月20日 (歐巴馬簽發行政命令之日)以前出生的合法永久居民者，都可以申請，申請者必須沒有犯罪紀錄、通過背景審核、納稅，以及繳交465美元手續費。美國聯邦「國土安全部」將從明年春天開始接受申請。
