永暑島填海中共外交部：改善生活

就美國媒體指中共在南海永暑島填海、修建跑道的報導，中共外交部發言人華春瑩今天表示，有關的工程，是為了改善島上人員的生活。

鳳凰網報導，美國媒體報導指中國大陸在永暑島上大規模填海，似乎在修建跑道，呼籲中國停止有關作業。華春瑩表示，這些主要是為了改善、駐在人員的生活，有助於改善國際搜救責任。

華春瑩強調，中國大陸對有關島嶼擁有無可爭辯的主權，中方進行任何建設都是中國主權範圍內的事，外界無權對此作出不負責任的評論。
