巴拉圭兩官員推崇台灣社會進步

中華民國駐巴拉圭大使劉德立夫婦於當地時間25日邀請巴國衛生部長巴利歐斯及總統部長級機要秘書奧赫達夫婦餐敘，他們對台灣市容進步及社會高度發展情形至表推崇。

巴利歐斯（Antonio Barrios）及奧赫達（Fernando Ojeda）曾於10月慶典期間陪同巴拉圭總統卡提斯訪台。

巴利歐斯對中華民國政府及民間予巴國衛生部的人道援助，包括新近透過駐館居間接獲「財團法人普賢教育基金會」贈送的230台輪椅，及中華民國政府慨助供購水患災民所亟需的藥品與醫療用品等人道援助，銘感在心。(中央社)
