Pokemmo的問題

我之前玩pokemmo（神奇寶貝Online）的時候一切正常，

但我最近重玩的時候，要送包裹給大木博士時，

博士卻不見了＝＝

我開另一個角色登入，博士還好好的站在那，

請問為什麼會這樣啊..........

順便問一下，pokemmo拿得到金銀和寶石三主寵嗎??如何拿到??
