彰銀戰小股東發言熱 議程緩進

彰銀改選，公民股對峙一路延燒，股東之一永三企業代表發言，要求投票要公開透明，詢問現場計票者是否為凱基證代表？董事長陳淮舟回應保證，不論投票、計票、開票過程一定透明公開。

彰銀今天召開股東臨時會，現場擠滿小股東，且發言踴躍，會議從早上九時召開至今，目前仍停留在「修改公司彰銀章程」，小股東頻頻對公民股爭議、委託書表達意見，導致會議進度延宕。

另外，也有小股東關心，彰銀對於高鐵投資、授信放款，陳淮舟說，彰銀目前對於高鐵業務放款共337億元，合約也明載，政府會承擔高鐵所有債務，要小股東放心。
