想請問一下版上各位高手上禮拜去面試了佑華類比IC設計研發替代役，主管面談後的感覺相當不錯，感覺拿到offer的機會滿高的，但因為版上相關資訊相當少，所以才再發文請教各位，人資說近幾年研替都有補滿，主管說上班時數約12小/天，周三晚上運動日不加班，其餘加班沒有加班費，但沒有說實際薪水，只說有季獎金跟分紅，每年保14，想請問版上有沒有人了解該公司內部較詳細的資訊，例如公司內部風氣，大約的薪水，公司發展性如何，之後若想轉換跑道，會不會有困難，因為研替一簽就三年，想多了解一點，感謝各位。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.138.176.152 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1418192737.A.FC4.html
