台東縣府近半數局處長大異動

台東長黃健庭今天宣布近5年來局長最大異動，因副縣長張基義歸建交通大學，改任顧問團長、秘書長陳金虎申請退休，獲邀出任副縣長，引發一連串異動，25日交接上任。新任局處長包括秘書長陳明仁、民政處長顏志光、建設處長吳慶榮、農業處長許瑞貴、觀光旅遊處長江慧卿、地政處長江清華、文化處長鍾青柏、社會處長曹劍秋、原住民行政處長吳慧琴、環保局長謝清泉。
