黎賢聖又丟官這次改調副主官

陸軍裝甲訓練指揮部指揮官黎賢聖先前因測謊不通過，被調離駐美軍事代表團團長職位，10月間派任陸軍裝訓部指揮官，外界誤以為軍方還黎清白，但黎賢聖明年1月又被調離現職，轉任非主官職位的陸軍校準部副指揮官。黎任現職不滿3個月就又遭調職，顯示國防部對黎仍有看法。

國防部表示，有關黎員調整職務，是借重其語文專長及準則研修經驗，其職務調整，適才適所。

立法院外交國防委員會立委12月8日在國防部次長高天忠陪同下，視察黎賢聖任職的陸軍裝訓部，了解戰備訓練實況。國防部青年日報派遣記者隨行報導，當時黎還合影比出「戰力強」的手勢，刊登軍方媒體，不到半個月，黎就要被調離現職。
