想請問電腦當機處理

FreeRapid0.9u4 某一天當了之後,電腦重開整個都變了...
電腦動作變得很慢(尤其連上網路後有慢慢當機的現象)
之後把FreeRapid換MiPony(下載的問題解決-開它下就會當(快下完時))
eScan+IObit Malware Fighter掃

但...
關閉監視器有時會當.µTorrent其中1個bt完成有時會當

我已經不知道我電腦問題在哪了?

請求電腦高手要如何解決這問題(除重灌or還原的其他方法),拜託.
