台北火車站往國家考場交通問題 (捷運及計程車)

由於我是花蓮人，一大早就會抵達台北，所以前往時間不緊湊，但回程時間就有點趕，因為要趕火車。

請問從台北火車站往國家考試，搭乘捷運至景美站下車，至2號出口後，採步行方式前往，路線怎麼走? (越詳細越好)

考完試後，由於時間很趕，想請問從國家考場搭乘計程車至台北車站，所花路程時間多久呢？費用約多少？
