感情挽回請問要如何挽回？

前兩週我的男友
跟我說他覺得他累了，想一個人
他覺得他為我做很多
但我給他的回應卻很少
甚至覺得我很冷淡

隔天我也立刻跑去找他
把我的想法跟為他做的通通告訴他
但他還是要分手
分手這段期間內
我們一直保持聯絡
但不再像以前一樣
想請問一下
這樣我還有機會繼續追回嗎?
