國軍75名化學兵赴雲林消毒防疫

禽流感疫情嚴峻，國軍第五作戰區今天動員75名化學兵，前往雲林縣麥寮、四湖、東勢等3鄉12村進行消毒防疫。

軍方指出，這75名化學兵穿上防護衣，攜帶背負式消毒器、消毒藥水、T4-86消毒器等裝備，為禽流感疫區進行消毒、清運工作，以確保環境衛生。

國軍第五作戰區（陸軍第十軍團）指出，有鑑於國內禽流感疫情嚴重，軍方連日來已動員化學兵群、234旅、砲測中心等單位兵力，協助雲林、嘉義2縣疫區進行消毒防疫及清理搬運作業。

軍方指出，國軍連日來共執行雲林、嘉義2縣消毒面積達82萬8115平方公尺、搬運1萬4730隻死鵝，後續將視地方政府需求，逐次投入防疫兵力，防範疫情擴散。
