美國古巴高層會談仍有很大歧異待化解

美國和古巴在古巴首都哈瓦那舉行會談，是兩國自去年年底宣布關係正常化之後第一次正式會談。美國代表團由助理國務卿賈可布森帶領，她也是兩國自1961 年斷交以來訪問古巴層級最高的美國官員。

雙方對於何時重開大使館沒有達成協議，但同意將舉行第二次會談，以化解雙方之間的在許多議題上的歧異。

美國認為古巴的人權問題有待改進，古巴也表示美國國內也有嚴重的人權問題，例如紐約市和密蘇里州都發生白人警察疑似執法過當，使非裔人士喪生。
