南投立委補選　石晉方自行宣布敗選

南投縣立委補選開票後，無黨籍候選人石晉方因票數一路落後，與其他兩位隊候票數落差太大，今天下午五時許自行宣布敗選，但對本次選戰感到雖敗猶榮，除感謝支持他的群眾外，也呼籲支持者不要沮喪。

石晉方說，在本次選戰中，他從一開始不被看好，慢慢被民眾認同，也對藍綠兩黨產生改革壓力，而在文宣等策略上的運用都相當不錯，無奈在人力、物力有限和兩黨組織和媒體優勢下敗選，但對自己和競選團隊在本次選戰的表現滿意，也十分感謝民眾對他的支持。
