本人想請教有知為何有的女性就算是在生了孩子之後身材依舊細瘦的有知人士們，

究竟是為何有的女性就算是在生了孩子之後身材依舊細瘦？

像於照片當中的婦人就是和本人既毫無任何血親關係；純姻親關係的卓姓大堂妹，（她尚未年過參拾）

她在生了她的大女兒之前及之後身材依舊細瘦，

甚至連在懷孕手中的二女兒時也完全看不出來她像是個孕婦，

因此她在生下二女兒之後身材依舊細瘦，

但是有不少的女性在生了孩子之後身材卻就發福了起來！？
