聯合國人權專家18日呼籲伊朗政府，停止執行一位名叫納希姆(Saman Naseem)的少年犯死刑。納希姆在2011年被捕時年僅17歲。他曾表示，自己遭到刑求而屈打成招。

納希姆在2011年7月、伊朗革命衛隊(Revolutionary Guard)和庫德族(Kurdish)叛軍爆發戰鬥時被捕。當局認為納希姆與庫德族武裝叛軍有關，並以「與上帝為敵」(enmity against God)和「在人間腐敗」(corruption on earth)等罪名，在2013年4月判處死刑。納希姆曾表示，他因遭受酷刑而認罪。

國際特赦組織(AI)日前表示，伊朗當局將在本週內執行納希姆的死刑。

聯合國的伊朗人權狀況特別調查員夏希德(Ahmed Shaheed)和法外處決問題特別調查員海恩斯(Christof Heyns)，18日發表聯合聲明，呼籲伊朗停止執行這項死刑。

聲明中說，國際人權法規明確禁止處決少年犯，並要求伊朗當局嚴格遵守加入的「公民權利和政治權利國際公約」和「兒童權利公約」所承擔的國際法義務，停止對納希姆執行死刑。

伊朗執行死刑的人數僅次於中國。在2014年，伊朗共處決了700多人，其中包括14名婦女和至少13名少年犯。
