請問一題DEV C題目跟排序有關

由電腦隨機亂數產生12個完全不相同之大寫英文字母(例:原始陣列），並將之以列為主(Row major)的次序，儲存於如下之4*3的二維陣列中；再將其依如下之行次序（Column major）排列後印出。印出格式如下：（要有表格框線）

原始陣列 (Source Array) 　　　
AMF
KPU
CHQ
ZLT
↓↓
排列後陣列 (Sorted Array)(由左至右由上而下排列)
AKQ
CLT
FMU
HPZ
