敘利亞續亂　歐盟擴大制裁

歐洲理事會6日表示，有鑑於敘利亞局勢持續惡化，歐盟決定進一步擴大對敘政府及其支持者的制裁，對象主要是金援總統阿塞德的個人或組織，以及和阿塞德關係緊密的商業人士等，7名個人和6家機構因向敘利亞政府提供支持，被新增列入歐盟制裁黑名單，制裁內容包括限制在歐盟國家出入境以及凍結其在歐盟區內的資產。

目前為止，共有218名個人和69家機構被歐盟列入對敘利亞制裁黑名單。自2011年3月敘利亞內戰爆發以來，阿塞德政府一直受到西方國家外交孤立。2011年5月，歐盟決定對敘利亞實施包括武器禁運在內的多項制裁措施，並在此後多次擴大制裁範圍。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
