強暴案情大逆轉遭私刑印度男冤死

印度東北部日前發生暴民劫獄動私刑處死強暴被告事件。但官方調查後，強暴案情大逆轉。被告和原告其實是合意性交易，根本沒有強暴。

二手車商可汗（Syed Sarif Khan）遭控強暴女大生，被捕後5日遭數千暴民從那加蘭（Nagaland）省迪馬普爾縣的迪馬普爾中央監獄（Dimapur Central Jail）強闖劫走，動私刑處死。

「印度時報」（The Times of India）網站即時報導，內政部今天收到那加蘭省政府的報告，內容根據可汗生前供述，排除他強暴女大生。

報告說，雙方合意，由可汗支付5000盧比（約新台幣2500元），做為兩次性交易代價。

這起劫獄動私刑的事件引起可汗原籍阿薩姆（Assam）省和事發地那加蘭省之間族群緊張，衝突有一觸即發之勢。
