朝北的房子，冬天冷、夏天熱?

我現在住的房子坐南朝北，西邊有牆，開窗走樓梯，邊間透天。冬天如果沒有寒流還OK，夏天家裡除了盛夏外很少開冷氣，電風扇開著通風就OK啦。
樓主原先可能都是住在北部吧，冬天時那個東北季風一來，北邊的窗戶能關就關，冷到怕。台南的冬天很乾，和北部不同，不會太冷。
倒是西邊的玻璃窗建議貼隔熱紙，窗簾裝厚一點的遮陽簾，南部西曬的威力不是普通的猛。
