王金平黨籍案最高院要朱補律師委任書

立法院長王金平黨籍案，最高法院今天裁定，朱立倫10日內補呈律師委任書。若國民黨遲不補正律師，10天後法官將依程序不備，裁定駁回，國民黨敗訴。全案告終。

雖然國民黨主席朱立倫曾已在2月25日宣布不承受訴訟。但因第三審採取強制律師代理制度，因朱立倫未委任律師，最高法院因此依程序發函要求補正律師。之前最高法院已於本月三日裁定朱立倫為本案續行訴訟的代理人。
