大家好小弟想諮詢一下如果我本來就有一隻手機，中華沒綁約最近看了一下4G一般資費實在有點坑考慮綁六百多的4G方案那地標這個網頁上寫的 http://landtop.com.tw/discount.php Q1. 攜碼免學生證因為我已經是中華了還可以辦嗎?
