想學那種鄉下那種類型的煮菜方式 ~ 要煮菜的東西都是一般傳統市場

有在賣的~ 請問我想煮一種家鄉的傳統菜肉湯類~ 我該要看哪種食譜

的書呢?

1. 要蒸個蒸蛋給家裡面的人吃( 有5人) 我該要放幾碗水幾顆蛋下去要蒸多久呢?
