美國自願2025年以前減排28%

為了在今年12月的聯合國巴黎氣候變遷會議上有所貢獻，美國計畫周二 (31日)宣布，美國自願在2025年減少溫室氣體排放量大約28%。歐巴馬去年訪問北京時已宣布這個幅度的減排，因此26%到28%這個數字並非新事，但美國的自願減排量引起許多尚未宣布自定減排成數的國家強烈興趣。31日是各國向聯合國提報自定減排幅度的最後一天。
