【Dr說】手指傷口變黑色　心驚驚

網友詢問，前陣子手指割傷，傷口深處殘留少許鋁質粉末，沒有清除乾淨，不久後傷口癒合，外觀卻呈現黑色，不知會否有問題。皮膚科開業醫師趙昭明說，傷口呈黑色，有可能是表皮癒合自然產生的色素沉澱，也可能是鋁粉位於更深的真皮層，雖被包覆於癒合的表皮下方，仍因氧化而呈現暗沉色澤。

趙昭明說，大量的鋁堆積在體內，在完全被代謝出體外前，可能會先造成神經毒性，若僅少量堆積於皮下，應不至於產生毒害，但異物在人體中，終究風險難料，建議還是就醫檢查為佳。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
