各位好三月幫親戚辦理大省3g升4g 原先合約是383+mpro550 但覺得網路流量不夠因此先調升為383+mpro750再升4g 當時也跟門市人員確認四月開始總共可使用為6g流量但今早網路用到4g已被鎖詢問客服表示大省升4g只能以當初購機合約(383+mpro550)為基準因此後續調整不適用我從當初官網下載的DM還找不到此規定也對當時門市人員未提前告知趕到權益受損不曉得有沒有人可以給予建議謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.136.24.168 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1428379364.A.407.html
