台北橋聯開宅住戶與市府達成共識

台北橋聯開宅住戶代表陳碧瑤今下午與北市副市長鄧家基會談，雙方溝通1個半小時，達成共識。

北市府承諾4月21日登記截止後就不再受理，未出租的空屋也不降價出租，視承租戶進駐及社區管理的狀況和委員會再協商檢討。市府也承諾協助社區進行管理，另派駐一名市府人員進駐社區協助管委會管理。對管委會所提的意見、文書，市府需於7天內回覆。捷運局所持有的區權比例為100票，對管委會的投票事項及委員會選舉需同時行使。
