日月光案輕判 陳菊要看判決書再回應

高雄地方法院今天宣判日月光排汙案，日月光相關人士有的緩刑，有的被判無罪，高雄市環保局長陳金德說「無法理解」，市長陳菊則慎重的表示要看判決書內容之後再談。

陳金德認為法院這樣的判決，無法對大廠違法排汙達到嚇阻作用，也不認為相關人員不知情，他無法理解法院判決結果。

陳菊雖知道判決結果，但到今天下午止尚未看到判決內容，她說必須看完內容才能曉得法官的判決依據，所以看完判決內容之前無法表示意見。
